In March 2014 we retained Simon & Geherin to represent my daughter. She was charged with an OWI for marijuana use. At that time, she had a MMMP card, giving her the legal right to use marijuana. Phillip Jacques was appointed as her attorney to represent her. Mr. Jacques listened attentively, gave insightful comments and proceeded to fight for my daughter in court. He argued the case with intelligence and professionalism. He was aware of the current laws and used them to my daughter's advantage. Mr. Jacques was timely in his notifications to us regarding the case and was always available whenever we had questions or concerns about the case.
