Mr. Simon and his team took what was a very hopeless case of mine and achieved the best possible outcome. He utilized patience, expert knowledge of the law / judicial process, and a firm stance with the prosecuting team. He was a joy to work with--very enjoyable at times, is extremely respectful and non-judgmental, and (he and) his staff demonstrate the utmost in professionalism.
